Shipping and Returns

Thank you for visiting Chloeculture and making a purchase.

The following are the terms and conditions that form our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Shipment processing time

All wig orders are processed within 2-14 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please allow additional shipping days for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Chloe's wigs ship worldwide. And our shipping cost is divided into standard shipping and express shipping. If you are in a rush to receive your purchase there is an option for expedited delivery, the final order cost will be shown at checkout. Delivery delays sometimes happen.

Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing your order as we are unable to reschedule packages.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking number will be valid for 24 hours.

Duties and Taxes

Chloeculture is not responsible for any duties and taxes applicable to your order. All charges (duties, taxes, duties, etc.) charged during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.


Chloeture is not responsible for any products damaged or lost in transit. If your order has been received in damage, please take a few photos of the damaged area and contact us to file a claim. If you receive a damaged wig, please save the damaged package so we can file a claim with the shipping company immediately. They will need to see the package to investigate. All of our merchandise is insured.

If you receive a damaged product, we are ready to replace or refund for free. But only after we receive the original item.


We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at

Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Customized or personalized orders;
Items for sale.
Cancellations and Returns

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order (at the latest, as time zones may vary).

If canceled after 24 hours of placing the order, the buyer will be responsible for all costs of using the material
If canceled after 2-3 days, we will charge 10%
If the order is canceled after 4 days, we will charge a 15% fee.
In order to return your item, you should contact us within 14 days of delivery and within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we recommend shipping with a tracking number. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Buyer is responsible for any loss of value if item is not returned in its original condition.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for you to receive your replacement product may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned items.
